Anfield is one of the worlds most famous grounds and is home to Liverpool FC. The LIverpool spion kop end is known to have one of the greatest atmospheres in European football (although this has been greatly reduced since the introduction of seating).

From the north:
Travel on the M6 until Junction 28 then follow signs for Liverpool on the A58 and proceed into Walton Hall Avenue past Stanley Park and turn left into Anfield Road for Liverpool FC.

From the south:
Travel on the M6, then onto the M62 until the end of Motorway then turn right on the A5058 into Queens Drive. After approximately 3 miles turn left into Utting Avenue. After 1 mile turn right into Anfield Road for Liverpool FC

From the west:
Use the Mersey Tunnel to get into Liverpool city centre and then follow signs for Preston A580 into Walton Hall Avenue, then on nearside of Stanley Park turn right into Anfield Road for Liverpool FC.

From the east:
Travel on the M6, then onto the M62 until the end of Motorway then turn right on the A5058 into Queens Drive. After approximately 3 miles turn left into Utting Avenue. After 1 mile turn right into Anfield Road for Liverpool FC.

By train:
Anfield is a half an hour walk from Lime Street Station. A taxi is recommended if you intend to travel by train.
