Description:
The Arena Essex stadium is the home venue of speedway team Arena Essex. The racetrack is located in Thurrock a unitary authority area within Essex, north of the River Thames. The racetrack is 252 metres in length and meetings are held on either Wednesday or Saturday nights, at 7.45pm. The nickname of the Arena Essex team is "The Hammers", named after the West Ham United Football Club.

FROM THE NORTH: Follow the M25 south to junction 30 and follow signs for the A1306.follow the A1306 road and the the stadium is well signposted fom here.
