Description:
Poole Stadium, also known as Wimborne Road is home to the Poole Speedway Circuit, the Poole speedway team are known as the Poole Pirates. The track length is a total of 299.1m and the best time was set at 57.06s by Ryan Sullivan on 24th June 2004.
Poole Stadium has a dual purpose as it is also a popular dog track with racing nights taking place on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Race Days are on Wednesday from June to October and 2006 admission priecs are �14 for adults, �11 for senior citizens and �5 for childern. A family ticket can be purchased for �32 allowing two adults and two children entry.
Directions:
From the M27, follow signs for Poole town centre and take the third exit at the Dolphin Shopping Centre roundabout, for Wimborne Road. The stadium is 200 yards along on the left.
